ALGONQUIN, IL —Developers have unveiled plans for a new housing community off Randall Road in Algonquin.
Atlanta‑based Pulte Homes is proposing a development called Huntington Villas, made up of 19 duplex lots — 38 homes in all — on nearly 11 acres at the southwest corner of Stonegate Road and Huntington Drive, the Daily Herald is reporting. The site, currently zoned for industrial use, secured unanimous "yes" votes from the Algonquin Planning and Zoning Commission last week.
Homes in the community would offer a mix of one‑ to three‑bedroom layouts, ranging from about 1,500 to more than 2,700 square feet, and each would include a two‑car garage plus driveway space.
