Police Search For Missing Man

CARPENTERSVILLE, IL — The Carpentersville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in tracking down a 30-year-old man who has been missing since early Sunday. Erik Ayala-Orozoco was reported missing by his family Sunday afternoon, according to a post on the village of Carpentersville Public Safety Facebook page.

Erik was last seen early Sunday morning and was wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt and black sweatpants. He may not be wearing any shoes, police said.

Erik requires medication on a daily basis, and is not known to have taken his medication in the last 48 hours, according to the Facebook post.
