ALGONQUIN, IL — Village officials in Algonquin are seeking the public's input on one of the village's oldest and beloved parks.

A meeting will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Ganek Municipal Center, 2200 Harnish Drive. Those wishing to attend virtually online at tinyurl.com/TownePark-PM1 or by dialing 312-626-6799. The meeting ID is 820 1830 7094 and the passcode is 920367.

"As one of our oldest, most used parks, located in the heart of Old Town Algonquin, the future design and amenities are important for the community and residents," according to a news release from the village of Algonquin. "During the public meeting, you will have the opportunity to view a presentation, participate in a planning workshop and provide feedback to the project team."
