ALGONQUIN, IL - Here is a look at recent arrests made by the Algonquin Police Department:

  • Diana Perez, 23, of 315 Ridge Lane #2F in Harvard, was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on April 12 and was charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and no insurance. She was taken into custody at Randall and Commons and released after posting bond.
  • Leszek Zujko, 49, of 1020 Applewood Lane in Algonquin, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. on April 12 and charged with DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department. He was released on an I-Bond, with a court date in McHenry County.
  • Nathan M. Wilhelm, 18, of 414 Scott Street in Algonquin, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on April 14 and charged with assault. He was taken into custody at 109 S. Hubbard. He has a court date in McHenry County.
  • A 15-year-old Carpentersville boy and 14-year-old Algonquin boy were arrested at 1:39 p.m. on April 15 and charged with retail theft. They were taken into custody at 1410 S. Randall. The older teen was issued a municipal citation with a court date in May in Algonquin. The 14-year-old boy was formally station adjusted and referred to peer jury. Both were released to a relative.
  • Meghan L. Haupers, 23, of 1325 Countryside Drive in Algonquin, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on April 16 and charged with domestic battery. She was taken into custody at the same location and transported to the McHenry County Jail.
  • A 17-year-old Lakewood girl was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on April 16 and charged with retail theft. She was taken into custody at 1410 S. Randall and referred to the Tri-County Peer Jury before being released to a parent.
  • Niccolas K. Gould, 17, of 564 Grandview Court in Algonquin, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County at 7:58 p.m. on April 16. He was arrested at the same location, posted bond and was released with a court date in McHenry County.
  • Gina A. Sineni, 21, of 1601 Yosemite in Algonquin, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on March 25 and charged with criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to residence, disorderly conduct and resisting a police officer. He was taken into custody at the same location and transported.
  • Maggie C. Golden, 20, of 551 Alida in Cary, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on March 25 and charged with retail theft. She was taken into custody at 734 S. Randall and was released with a court date in McHenry County.
  • A 15-year-old from West Dundee and 16-year-old from LITH were arrested at 7:23 a.m. on March 28 and charged with burglary to a motor vehicle. They were taken into custody in the area of Steven Court. They will be petitioned to McHenry County court services and released to a parent.
  • Justin J. Rieke, 22, of 7603 Pheasant Road in Wonder Lake, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. on March 29 and was charged with DUI, speeding, driving while license revoked and no insurance. He was taken into custody at Randall and Huntington and was released with a court date in McHenry County.
  • Fredrico Gomez, 28, of 522 Willow St. in Lake in the Hills was arrested at 3:08 a.m. on March 29 and charged with DUI and speeding. He was taken into custody at Randall and Algonquin and was released with a court date in McHenry County.
  • Isai R. Gomez, 29, of 1 N. Main Street #201 in Algonquin, was arrested at 8:09 a.m. on March 29 and charged with no valid driver's license. He was taken into custody at Harrison and Front and was released with a court date in McHenry County.
  • Ritah M. Kayingo, 35, of 185 Aberdeen Drive in Algonquin, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on March 30 and charged with driving while license suspended. She was taken into custody at Algonquin and Lake Drive South and was released with a court date in McHenry County.
  • Tomasz Swiech, 40, of 1430 Spring Hill Drive in Algonquin, was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department at 5:13 p.m. on March 30 on an arson charge which was later dropped. He was released after posting bond with a court date in McHenry County and eventually convicted of criminal damage with fire.
  • Natalie N. Torres, 29, of 1021 Perry in Algonquin, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on March 30 and charged with domestic battery and on a warrant out of McHenry County. She was taken into custody at the same location and transported to the McHenry County Jail.
