Thomas Christopher Nejmeh, 40, of Algonquin
VISITATION: Wednesday, May 1, 2013, from 3 - 9 p.m. at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care, 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., Algonquin.

Tom Nejmeh passed away April 27, 2013, in an automobile accident following heart troubles.
He was born in Patterson, NJ, to George and Guadalupe Nejmeh on April 16, 1973.
By day, Tom was known as an energetic, hard-working sales executive, and his dedication led to a successful career in the insurance industry.
Tom's truest passion, however, was serving his family and community. He was a loving husband and caring father, first and foremost. Nothing meant more to him than his beautiful bride, and nothing brought him greater pride than the accomplishments of his young children.
Outside of his family, he made an impact on everyone he met, including his local parish, St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Algonquin, Illinois, where he served with the Knights of Columbus, CRHP Team, and other ministries.

Just weeks ago, his family was honored with the Family of the Year Award from the Knights of Columbus Council. Tom's gift of self was an inspiration to his family, friends, and the community around him.
His survivors include his wife of 15 years, Heidi (Torgerson); children, Brooke, Bridget, and Brady; father, George Nejmeh; siblings, Patricia and Gerardo Martinez, Mark and Maureen Nejmeh, Monica and Joe Hall, George and Beulah Nejmeh, and Teresa and Dan Lindahl.
