Trick Or Treat: 2021 Halloween Forecast For Algonquin, LITH

ALGONQUIN AND LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — Before the town’s cutest witches and goblins take to Algonquin and Lake in the Hills streets in search of Halloween’s sweetest bounty, it’s a good idea for parents to check out what Mother Nature has in store for our community’s annual trick-or-treating festivities.

Trick-or-treating in Algonquin is planned for 3 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31 and for 2 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 31 in Lake in the Hills. The event is still days away, but longe-range weather forecasts are showing there is a chance for rain on Halloween

Accuweather is predicting temps to reach a high of 58 degrees on Oct. 31 in Algonquin and a low of 37 degrees. According to Accuweather, cloudy skies and showers are possible. There is a 30 percent chance for rain and 9 percent chance of thunderstorm.
