Verizon Employee Finds Child Porn on Pastor's Phone: Authorities
Police are investigating a Crystal Lake couple who runs a Huntley church for child porn allegations.

Authorities last month seized computer equipment and cellphones from a Crystal Lake couple’s home and also raided a Huntley church where the husband and wife are senior pastors after a Verizon employee reported finding child pornography on one of the preachers’ cell phones, the Northwest Herald reports.
Stephen and Mary Foster, of 1739 Village Court in Crystal Lake, run Morning Star Church and World Outreach Center in Huntley. Court documents obtained by the Northwest Herald reveal the allegations stem from a report made by a Lake in the Hills Verizon Wireless store employee who reported seeing images of child pornography on a device brought in by a female customer in July, according to the Northwest Herald.
The customer told the Verizon employee the phone belonged to her employer, who investigators later identified as Stephen Foster, according to the article.

The phone contained a gallery of photos of “very young, under 10 years old, boys and girls dressed in only underwear” and the employee also told police there were about 200 to 300 images of naked boys, according to the Northwest Herald.
No charges have been filed at this point against the pastors.
