ALGONQUIN, IL – A speciality grocery store that sells European products and includes a spacious deli could be coming to Algonquin if village officials approve it this week. The village board is expected to vote on the new Deli 4 You store, which is slated to be built on a vacant lot at 1601 S. Randall Road near Bowlero, during a Tuesday night meeting. The 17,000-square-foot grocery store would be located on the northeast corner of the planned development, which would include space for additional retail spaces to be leased on the north end of the building, according to the Committee of the Whole meeting packet.

There are currently Deli 4 You locations in Norridge, Prospect Heights and Schaumburg.

The village board will meet at 7:30 p.m. on March 19 at Ganek Municipal Center while the Committee of the Whole will meet at 7:45 p.m. The Committee of the Whole and Village Board agendas can be found below while the COW packet can be accessed here.
