“This year, we’re bringing the popular Back-2-School Skate Park Contest to the east side of the Village and inviting community members to enjoy the new equipment at Richard Taylor Skate Park,” said Recreation Supervisor Kristi Brewer.
Competitors may select from three divisions, skateboard, scooter, or bike, and compete at the skill level of their choice, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Participants of all ages are welcome to enter.

“We’re excited to offer both classic special events and new programs, activities, and events as we head into the fall,” said Recreation Superintendent Kim Buscemi. “The Back-2-School Skate Park Contest is a seasonal favorite that draws both new and seasoned competitors each year.”
