Village Of Lake In The Hills Shredding Day Event

The Village of Lake in the Hills hosts two Shred days each year for all Lake in the Hills Residents. The shred dates for 2020 are: Saturday, May 16, 2020 and Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Village Hall, 600 Harvest Gate from 9am until Noon.

The limit is 2 boxes per resident and the boxes need to be in your trunk. When you arrive you will need to stay in your vehicle and pop open your trunk so that AMS staff can remove your boxes, which will help ensure social distancing practices are followed. In addition, AMS staff will be wearing masks and gloves.

At the end of the day, AMS will take the locked totes back to their facility at 13 Prosper Court, Lake in the Hills and shred all the paper documents within the totes. There are no fees involved for residents.
