Village of LITH to Launch Improved Website

The village of Lake in the Hills is expected to launch an updated website Friday that is more user-friendly and allows residents to access more information online, according to a village of LITH press release. 

Village representatives worked in partnership with Aha Consulting over the past several months to create the improved website at www.lith.org. 

Some of the websites new enhanced features will include:

• Improved search capabilities 
• Top news and announcements 
• Quick links right on the home page to the most accessed pages within the site 
• Easy to use calendars for events and meetings 
• A Village park listing, which includes an amenity search feature 
• Ability to submit public record requests online
• Social Media Connections 
• Unique drop down menus in each department 
• Easy to find contact information 
• Key documents and form
