Woman Hospitalized After Car Crashes Into Algonquin Dental Office
The car struck a building near a Randall Road intersection Tuesday afternoon, causing structural damage to the building.
A woman was hospitalized after her vehicle crashed into a dental office in Algonquin on Monday, causing damage to the building, authorities said.
The collision happened at about 3:40 p.m. when the car, which had been parked in the parking lot at Signature Dental Group, 285 Stonegate Road, went over the curb and hit the building, according to the Lake & McHenry County Scanner.
Police said woman was taken to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening. No one else, including anyone inside the building, was injured, according to the media report.

The Algonquin Building Department responded to evaluate the building and determined additional stabilization would be required while repairs are completed, according to the Lake & McHenry County Scanner.
