Led by Master Eric Ford, a Kukkiwon Certified International Master, Poom/Dan Examiner, and Self-Defense Instructor, our academy blends the tradition of Taekwondo with innovative training programs designed for students of all ages. LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL - Lake in the Hills will host its annual triathlon on June 18. The local event is a great race for beginners and elite athletes, according to village officials.
