Alsip Carjacking Ends In Crash, 2 Juveniles Arrested
Illinois State Police followed the stolen vehicle until it crashed on the I-94 ramp from I-55, reports said.
ALSIP, IL — Two juveniles were taken into custody when police said they crashed a stolen vehicle early Wednesday morning while being pursued by Illinois State Police.
Late Tuesday evening, Alsip police answered a call of a reported carjacking near 119th Street and Millard Avenue. The vehicle fled eastbound on 119th Street.
Illinois State Police saw the vehicle and began following it until it crashed on a ramp from I-94 to I-55, reports said.
