Alsip Flannel Fest Features Lumberjacks, Bands, Crafts And More

ALSIP, IL — Get out your comfy fall flannels and grunge out at Alsip’s first-ever Flannel Fall Fest, Saturday, Sept. 24. The fest runs noon to 5 p.m. at Sprayfari Aquatic Park, 11930 S. Kostner Ave., Alsip.

Fall Flannel Fest features live bands, a craft fair, hayrides, beer tent, bingo tent, food trucks, petting zoo and family entertainment. Highlighting the fest will be the world champion lumberjacks from the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show for some log splitting, axe throwing, log rolling and more.

The event is presented by the Alsip Park District, Alsip Chamber of Commerce, Village of Alsip and Alsip-Merrionette Public Library.
