Celebrate Community Solidarity With Crestwood Police At National Night Up

CRESTWOOD, IL—Celebrate community solidarity with the Crestwood Police Department at National Night Out, Tuesday, Aug. 4. The take-a-bite-out-of-crime event from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Walker Park, 14065 Waterbury Dr.

The Crestwood police, fire department and public works will team up with local businesses and organizations to give residents a fun-filled family night.

Just as in past years, this event is completely free. Check out the lineup of activities:

• DJ from Ever After Events
• Pizza from Beggars, Barraco's, Sbarro, and Nonna's
• Frozen Custard from Culver's
• Just Kiddin Around will be providing Jumpies and Sno Cones
• Elk's Club will be hosting Bingo with prizes
• Face painting
• Foam Party
• Gift bags for kids at the police tent,
• Comfort dogs and coloring contest by the Crestwood Library
• Food by Fred

Since the first National Night Out in 1984, more than 48 million neighbors in 16,000 communities throughout the nation will hold some type of event promoting community building and public safety.
