Anne T. Lisak, nee Carver, formerly of Crestwood, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Lisak Jr. Loving mother of Susan Lisak, Joseph T. (Clare) Lisak, and David Lisak. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Dear sister of Fran (the late Hank) Slushman and Tom (Evelyn) Carver.
