Community Corner
Annual Open House at Willow Tree Design.
Past and Future Clients along with community members invited to stop by for Holiday Party featuring hors d' oeuvres.
It’s been five years for Terry Sullivan, the designer/owner of willow Tree Design studio in Alsip to host an open house for her clients and members of the community.
“I decided to thank my clients and meet community members by having a party” Sullivan began. “I love Christmas and I love decorating for Christmas. To me, seeing all the pretty items you can put out for the holidays kicks off the holiday season. At the past Holiday Open House, people who have stopped in have told me it’s a great way to start the holidays” she adds.
This year Sullivan has something only one other shop in Illinois has, Vendula purses out of London. “Never had Nutcracker items before either. I have a lot of top of the line decorations for the holidays and season” explains Sullivan. “I ordered a lot of product early and stayed on top of it” she adds.

This year with this shipping issue, Sullivan is glad to have a nice selection of holiday decorations and gifts. “Anything from fun colorful items to the miniature decorative mice to elegant items such as candlesticks. One other popular item I feature in November are the sparkling water glow lanterns” she adds.
