Cops Hunt Crest White Strip-Rogaine for Men Thief: Warrant
Hodgkins police said the man stole $976.78 worth of dental teeth whitening and hair growth products from Target.

HODGKINS, IL -- Hodgkins police are looking a man believed to have ripped off hundreds of dollars worth of dental teeth whitening and hair regrowth products.
An arrest warrant was issued for Robert Gillhooley, 35, on a misdemeanor charge retail theft, even though the stolen goods exceeded the new threshold $1,000 for felony shoplifting.
According to a Hodgkins police detective, Gillhooley went to the Target at 9250 W. Joliet Road on Jan. 9. There, Gillhooley walked out with Crest White Strips and Rogaine products valued at $736.84.

Gillhooley allegedly went back to the same store on Jan. 11 and stole $239.94 worth of the same products.
The Hodgkins detective told the judge that Gillhooley was involved in a retail theft at another store. Loss prevention agents at Target picked Gillhooley out of a photo array.

Police have gone to the man’s last known address but family members said they haven’t heard from him in a long while.
The judge issued a warrant with a $5,000 bond.
Thefts of Crest White Strips and Rogaine for Men products are reportedly on the rise due to their resale value, according to news reports.
