CRESTWOOD, IL — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of battering a senior citizen at Aldi, 4820 Cal Sag Road, Crestwood.

Crestwood police released a blue, grainy image of the suspect on its Facebook page. While commenters were sympathetic to the senior, the image drew criticism for its poor quality, thwarting any real attempts for identification of the suspect. One commenter stated that there were better quality photos of Bigfoot.

“Literally the worst video footage ever …you have got to be kidding me?”
