COVID-19 Vaccinations Available At Worth Township Hall
First doses, second doses, kids (12 up) and booster shots will be available Nov. 17, at Worth Town Hall including Pfizer, Moderna and J&J.
ALSIP, IL — Worth Township is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic along with the Cook County Department of Public Health on Wednesday, Nov. 17. Vaccinations are FREE and will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Worth Township Hall, 11601 S. Pulaski Road, Alsip.
First doses, second doses and booster shots will be offered, as well as Pfizer shots for children 12 and older. Children and and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson will be offered.
Need a ride to get your shot? CCDPH is offering free rides to get a shot are available by calling 773-690-1976.
