Crestwood Fire Department Plans Blood Drive
The fire department will host a blood drive during the fine arts fair Sunday, Nov. 14, at the Crestwood Recreation and Wellness Center.
CRESTWOOD, IL — The Crestwood Fire Department will be holding a blood drive during the fine arts fair Sunday, Nov. 14. Blood donations will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the commumity room of the Crestwood Recreation and Wellness Center, 5331 W. 135th St.
Vitalant will be facilitating the blood donations. Those wishing to donate blood should eat well, stay hydrated and bring ID. Appontment are recommended by walkins are also welcome. Visit the Vitalant website to make an appointment and use the group code 835E.
It takes only 25 people to make a successful blood drive, so consider donating blood. Every pint counts. For more information call 877-258-4825.
