CRESTWOOD, IL — The Windy City ThunderBolts have designated Disabled American Veterans – Chapter 84 as the second non-profit organization that will be represented at the 2023 Frontier League All-Star Game on Wednesday, July 12 at Ozinga Field in Crestwood.

The All-Star Game pits the Frontier League’s East Division against the West Division. Each team will be playing to raise money for Christmas Without Cancer and Disabled American Veterans. The winning team’s charity will receive a $3,000 donation while the losing team’s charity will receive a contribution of $1,000.

All the all-stars from the eight West Division ball clubs voted on what will be wearing special jerseys featuring the DAV logo. Fans can now purchase their own DAV West Division jersey with half of the proceeds going to the organization through May 21. The participating non-profits and jerseys for the July 11 skills competition will be announced in the next few weeks.
