Alsip-Crestwood-Area Schools Announce Closures, E-Learning Monday Due To Winter Conditions

ALSIP-CRESTWOOD, IL — Many schools are closing their buildings and going to e-learning Monday, as winter weather continues to batter on the Chicago region.

The National Weather Service has issued a cold weather advisory and forecasting wind chills with sub-zero temperatures again for Monday morning,

The following Alsip-Crestwood-area schools will be on e-learning and/or closed Monday, Jan 26:

CHSD 218 (Richards, Shepard, Palos Heights) - e-learning; after-school home athletic events and activities have been canceled for Monday. See e-Learning procedures for Dist. 218.

Atwood Heights School District 125 - e-learning for Hamlin Upper Grade Center (Alsip), Meadow Lane School (Merrionette Park) and Lawn Manor (Oak Lawn).
