Frank J. Kozlowski, Sr. of Crestwood, passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at the age of 82
years. Beloved husband of the late Claudette, nee Eilenfeldt. Loving father of Lori A. Kozlowski, Carol Warner, Ronnie (Jamie) Kozlowski, Steve Kersey, and the late Frank Jr. (Cathy) Kozlowski and Ricky Kozlowski. Cherished grandfather of Lisa, Stacey, Kelsey, Allison, and Alex. Dear brother of Henrietta Mularski, Joanne Taylor, Casimir Kozlowski, Rita Gwizdalski, and the late John Kozlowski, Al Kozlowski, Lorraine Kasznia, and Stanley Kozlowski. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
