Richard Borden "Rich E." "Pops" of Midlothian passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary Lynn, nee Perkins. Loving father of Michael (Lisa), Stephen (Cathy), Timothy (Lisa), and Tricia Arvia. Grandfather of Matthew, Donna, Kent (Kate), Timothy, Brittany (fiancé Kyle), Ryne, Scott, and Callie. Great-grandfather of Aubree, Graecen, Dominic, Francesca, and Kaylee. Dear son of the late Earle and Helen. Brother of David (Karen) and the late Kenneth. Uncle and friend of many.
