Santa Lands Saturday By Helicopter In Alsip
The Alsip Park District presents Christmas Palooza Saturday, Dec. 4, in Aquatic Park, featuring horse-drawn wagon rides, carolers and more.
ALSIP, IL — Santa is back, and he’ll be landing in a helicopter at noon Saturday, Dec. 4, at Aquatic Park, 11930 S. Kostner, Alsip. The FREE family holiday celebration Christmas Palooza runs from noon to 4 p.m.
Christmas Palooza, presented by the Alsip Park District, features horse-drawn wagon rides, Christmas character photos, carolers, a DJ, magician, performers, food vendors, special guests, crafts and much, much more.

A COVID-19 vaccination clinic for ages 5 and up will also be held at during Christmas Palooza from noon to 4 at Prairie Junior High School, 11910 S. Kostner Ave., adjacent to the park (enter through the activity entrance). No ID is needed, and the clinic will be held indoors. The clinic is hosted by the park district and Dist. 126.
