Sparks Fly Over Ozinga Field Wednesday, With Movie And Fireworks
Head over to Ozinga Field in Crestwood Wednesday, July 3, for "Sparks In The Park," featuring a free movie in the park and fireworks.

CRESTWOOD, IL — Sparks will fly over Crestwood at Ozinga Field Wednesday, July 3. The Village of Crestwood and Crestwood Recreation Commission are teaming up to present "Sparks In The Park.” The evening features a screening of a family flick followed by a spectacular fireworks show.
Fans are welcome to walk on to the stadium's synthetic turf field and enjoy a picnic in the park. Gates open at 6 p.m. The flick “Stuart Little” will be beamed on the Windy City Thunderbolts' video board at 7 p.m. After the film, there will be an awesome firework so get those oohs and ahhs ready. "Sparks In The Park" is FREE.

Outside food and drink are allowed in the ballpark for the event. Fans are asked to help keep the ballpark clean by picking up food and litter and throwing it away, even spilled popcorn. Lawn chairs are allowed on the field, but chairs must have flat rubber bottoms so as not to pierce the turf. This will be strictly enforced. No peanuts or seed products are allowed inside the stadium.
