ALSIP, IL — The Village of Alsip and VFW Post 450 will mark the 23nd anniversary of the tragic events of 9/11 with a remembrance ceremony on Wednesday, Sept. 11. The ceremony honoring Alsip’s first responders starts at noon at the VFW post, 11800 S. Cicero Ave.
