Windy City ThunderBolts Plan 2023 Season More Fun Than A Barrel of Monkeys
Wrestling, fireworks, live animals, discount beer and $2 tickets and hot dogs return to Bolts' 2023 weekly promo schedule.
CRESTWOOD, IL — The Windy City ThunderBolts are planning a season of baseball that will be more fun than a barrel of monkeys. From wrestling, Elvis and Harry Potter to Friday and Saturday postgame fireworks, not to mention the Frontier League 2023 All-Star Game, you can beat fun at Ozinga Field.
The ‘Bolts have released their official 2023 season schedule, as wll as the 2023 Hospitality Guide (Group Information); the 2023 Fundraiser Info Packet. Opening day is May 11.
This summer, the Windy ThunderBolts will play host to the 2023 Frontier League All-Star Game. The 30the annual midsummer classic is set for Wednesday, July 12, at Ozinga Field,14011 S. Kenton Ave., Crestwood. A Skills Competition & Home Run Derby will take place Tuesday, July 11.
