Worth Township Offers Latest Information On Medicare Benefits
The Senior Health Insurance Program offers a free presentation for Medicare beneficiaries Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Worth Township Center.

ALSIP, IL — Come hear the latest information about Medicare benefits in a presentation by Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP), a free counseling service for Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers, Wednesday, Oct. 19. The presentation will run from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Worth Township Center, 11601 S. Pulaski Road, Alsip.
SHIP can answer questions about:
- Medicare (eligibility, coverage options, etc.),
- Illinois Department of Aging programs
- Medicare – Medicaid dual eligibility
- Medicare supplement Insurance (MEDIGAP/MEDSUP)
- Medicare advantage plans (HMO, PPO, PFFS)
- Medicare Part D prescription drug
This is a free event presented by the State of Illinois, Illinois Department on Aging,
and Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP), along with State Senator Bill Cunningham, State Reps. Fran Hurley and Kelly Burke, and Worth Township Supervisor Patricia Joan Murphy.
