Worth Township Summer Camp Offers Plenty of Activities For Kids 5-12
Worth Township offers a summer day camp for kids age 5 to 12 without the sticker shock. Registration starts April 3.
ALSIP, IL — Registration for Worth Township Summer Camp for children ages 5-12 will open April 3. The six-week camp program offers arts and crafts and recreational sports for children ages 5 through 12.
The program is open to Worth Township residents and runs June 26 through Aug. 4. Camp is held rain or shine from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Worth Township's summer camp offers plenty of activities indoors and out. Planned field trips, swimming, arts and crafts, recreational sports and organized activities are all held in a supervised setting which includes adult counselors. Sorry, no before- or after-camp childcare is offered.
Registration will run from April 3 through June 1 online at Worth Township or by downloading an application by registering in person at the Worth Township Center, 11601 S. Pulaski Road, Alsip., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The cost of the program is $650. Payment must be made in full at time of registration by check, e-check or credit card. All checks should be made payable to Town of Worth.
