Troopers responded around 5 a.m. Nov. 3, ISP spokesperson Trooper Shannon Barrea told Patch. One person was taken to a local hospital with injuries. Information about the person's condition was not provided. The crash did not block any lanes on Route 53, but one westbound lane of Algonquin Road was temporarily closed, Barrea said. The scene has since been cleared.
