2 Women Steal 94 Items From Business: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
A review of surveillance video showed the women fill large bags with items and leave without paying, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Jimmie A. Jackson, 31, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 11:31 a.m. Aug. 25, in the 4200 block of N. Bloomington Avenue. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Sept. 16 was assigned.

Andriy Klymenko, 45, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, two counts of endangering the life of a child, transporting liquor by a driver, and was arrested at 3:26 p.m. Aug. 19, at Sports Page Bar & Grill, 1300 block of Rand Road. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Sept. 20 was assigned.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Adam Lebron, 33, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested at 9:59 a.m. Aug. 24, at Signode, 3400 block of N. Ridge Avenue.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
Jose E. Olvera, 28, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 3:19 a.m. Aug. 24, in the 100 block of W. Golf Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Sept. 26 was assigned.

INCIDENTS
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
An employee reported criminal damage to two buses parked in the parking lot between Aug. 10 and Aug. 15 in the 2100 block of S. Goebbert Road. One bus had its windshield and driver's side mirror shattered. The other bus had its windshield shattered and a passenger's side window broken. The cost to repair the damage is unknown.
THEFT
- A person called police on Aug. 15 to report that between 9:15 a.m. and 3:15 p.m., her black 1998 Cannondale M300 mountain bike was stolen from a bike rack in the 500 block of N. Dunton Avenue. The victim said she secured her bike with a lock, which was cut by an unknown tool. The suspect is described as a male, approximately 40 years old, wearing an orange t-shirt and carrying a backpack.
- A resident in the 2200 block of S. Goebbert Road reported that between Aug. 16 and Aug. 17, his package containing a Motorola Modem (valued at $179.99) and a Netgear Nighthawk Route ($93.76), which were delivered by Amazon, were stolen from the vestibule.
BURGLARY
Officers responded at 3:55 a.m. Aug. 17, to an alarm in the 1700 block of W. Algonquin Road and found the front window shattered. A review of the surveillance video showed four subjects exit a black Porsche Cayenne. One subject broke the window and all four entered the store. Taken was approximately $650 in cash and numerous bottles of alcohol with an unknown value.
The suspects are described as follows:
- Male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes and black facemask
- Male, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, orange gloves, black pants, white shoes and black
- facemask
- Male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black and white Nike shoes
- Male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, white gloves and black facemask
- A citizen reported that during the overnight hours of Aug. 18, someone entered her 2011 Ford and stole her wallet in the 900 block of W. Kirchoff Road. The subject then used the victim’s credit cards to make unauthorized purchases.
- A resident in the 700 block of S. Yale Avenue called police on Aug. 18 to report that during the overnight hours, someone entered his unlocked 2004 Toyota and stole his wallet, containing his FOID card, Illinois driver’s license and credit card.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS
- A resident in the 1100 block of S. New Wilke Road reported at 3:20 a.m. Aug. 20, they saw three males exit a black Jeep Grand Cherokee and one of them went underneath his Toyota and stole the catalytic converter. The cost to replace the catalytic converter was unknown at the time of the report.
- A resident in the 400 block of W. Algonquin Road called police on Aug. 20 to report that during the overnight hours of Aug. 20, someone stole the catalytic converter off his Toyota. The cost to replace the catalytic converter is unknown.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee of a business in the 0-20 block of W. Rand Road called police at 6:15 p.m. Aug. 20, to report locating 94 missing items during inventory. A review of the surveillance video showed two female subjects fill large bags with items and leave without paying. The total cost of the products is unknown.
The suspects are described as follows:
- Female, in her 30s, dyed blonde hair, wearing a white button-down shirt, black pants and a black medical mask
- Female, in her 30s, dyed blonde hair, wearing a black and white Adidas tracksuit with black and white Adidas shoes.
