25N Coworking Set to Open in Arlington Heights this Nov.

These "suburban workspaces" will open at the One Arlington apartments.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — 25N Coworking — a company that offers advanced, flexible workspace as a service — is set to open it's second location at the One Arlington Apartments in Arlington Heights this Nov.

25N Coworking is an innovative coworking and community space. Instead of working at an office, your home, or a coffee shop, 25N Coworking provides various work and meeting spaces.

The company offers flexible plans that allow members to pick daily, weekly, or monthly packages in different spaces created to spark collaboration and productivity. Members will also get access to special events, educational programming, networking, and business consulting services.

You can rent a small private office for one to two people, a huddle room for up to six people, an euclid avenue meeting room for up to eight people, a hub event space for up to 200 people, and more rooms of different sizes. Each room has different prices depending on their size.

"The average coworking member globally makes at least six useful connections within the first two months of coworking, and their companies do better within the first three months," said Founder and CEO Mara Hauser. "25N Geneva members have far exceeded these averages, and the impact to the surrounding local business community has been exceptional."

25N Coworking first started operations in 2013 and officially opened a Geneva location in Feb. of 2015. The Geneva location sold out of private office spaces within one month of their opening.

Arlington Heights happily welcomes 25N Coworking. Business development coordinator for the Village of Arlington Heights, Michael Mertes, said he's looking forward to see how 25N Coworking will serve established companies, and also act as a potential incubator for new companies.

"As Arlington Downs will provide urban-style amenities to the suburbs, this coworking concept is a perfect addition to the development," Mertes said.

Hauser, who grew up in Arlington Heights, is also eager to open at the One Arlington. She's already started connecting with local business owners, community organizations, and potential new members for the second 25N Coworking.

"The second location for 25N Coworking will definitely carry our brand, image and professional environment, but will be different," said Hauser. "The goals for each space are to pick up the vibe of each local community, and for our location at One Arlington in the Arlington Downs project, 25N Coworking is going to be the rock-n-roll version with concrete, steel, glass, and 18-foot high ceilings."
