$900 Stolen During Armed Robbery At Liquor Store: Arlington Heights PD

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Two armed men held up an Arlington Heights liquor store last week and stole $900 from a cash register. According to police, one of the men pointed a handgun at an employee's head and demanded he open the cash register during the incident.

The armed robbery occurred at 11:15 p.m. April 27 at Foremost Liquors, 1776 W. Algonquin Road. The pair arrived and left in a white four-door sedan. Police described the men as:

• 1st suspect — skinny build, wearing all black clothing, with a hood, face mask, black gloves, gray/green running shoes, armed with a two-tone handgun.
• 2nd suspect — skinny build, wearing all black clothing, with a hood face mask, tan gloves, armed with a black handgun with an extended magazine.
