Resident Accused Of Endangering Child's Life: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

The 37-year-old was arrested Thursday in the village, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

WARRANT

Baiel Abdivaliev, 20, of the 7200 block of Western Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant, and was arrested at 4:52 p.m. May 9, in the 1300 block of S. Arlington Heights Road.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

Pedro Arteaga Ayala, 42, of the 9300 block of Concord, Des Plaines, is accused of two counts of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 6:39 p.m. May 9, at Lillian and Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of June 10.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Zachary John Michelsen, 32, of the 0-10 block of N Hickory Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of criminal damage to property, domestic battery, and was arrested at 12:09 p.m. May 11, in Arlington Heights. A court date of June 3 was assigned.

BATTERY

Nadia N. Patel, 41, of the 800 block of E. Chapin Street, Morris, is accused of battery, domestic battery, criminal trespass to property and was arrested at 7:15 p.m. May 10, in Arlington Heights. A court date of June 1 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Crescencio Prospero-Silva, 42, of the 1200 block of Rand Road, Des Plaines, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 6:39 p.m. May 9, at Lillian and Arlington Heights Road.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF A CHILD

Mathew L. Taney, 37, of the 3000 block of N. Kennicott Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of endangering the life of a child, and was arrested at 7:53 p.m. May 14, in Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of July 16.
