β’ Man charged in June attack on woman near Lake Arlington (dailyherald.com) β An arrest has been made in the June 7 attack on an 18-year-old woman near Lake Arlington in Arlington Heights, after months of detective work reviewing surveillance footage and public tips. Police say the unhoused suspect is charged with two counts of aggravated battery, including strangulation, and was taken into custody this week, with a detention hearing held Thursday.
