Vehicle Burglary

Arlington Heights Police report a vehicle burglary occurred on Dec. 31 between 2:45 a.m. and noon in the 900 block of N. Beverly, while the unlocked 2008 Pontiac Torrent was parked in a driveway. Taken was a Magellan GPS valued at $150.

Arlington Heights Police report an unknown offender(s) took a wallet from a gym bag at XSport Fitness, 320 E. Golf Rd. on Dec. 29 between noon and 12:30 p.m. The bag was not locked in a locker, and a Best Buy gift card and $100 in cash was taken. The wallet was later found in a trash recepticle.

Arlington Heights Police report an unknown offender(s) removed a Husqvarna Emerald 116 sewing maching from Joann Super Store, 373 E. Palatine Rd. sometime between Dec. 23 at noon and Dec. 29 at 6 p.m. The sewing machine is valued at $450 and the loss was discovered during inventory.
