Arlington Heights Noon Rotary Opens Community Grant Application Period

The Arlington Heights Rotary Club is opening their 2016 Community Grant Application process now thru May 7th. Using funds generated by the Rotary Santa Run and other fundraising activities, the Arlington Heights Rotary Club is currently seeking proposals for programs and/or projects that will meet our 2016 Community Service theme. The theme of the Grant is ‘Improving the Lives of Arlington Heights Residents.’

The following guidelines will apply:

• Eligible applicants are Arlington Heights based organizations or projects that benefit Arlington Heights residents.
• Projects should address a need not supported by the organization's ongoing operating budget.
• Proposals for projects or programs should request only the amount needed for the specific project or program, but in no case should the requested amount exceed $ 1,500.
• Organizations are encouraged to apply for support of new initiatives or to increase the impact of an existing program.

All applications should be submitted by e-mail to RCAHCommunity@gmail.com. The deadline for submission is May 7, 2016. Decisions will be made by the Rotary Club of Arlington Heights Community Service Committee and all recipients of grant funding will be notified by June 30th, 2016.
