Armed Robbery Reported At Subway: Elk Grove Village Police

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL — An armed robbery was reported Monday night at Subway, 572 Devon Ave. In a social media post at around 8:40 p.m., police said there's a large law enforcement presence near the restaurant and were asking people to "avoid the area if possible.”

At around 10 p.m., police said the area had been cleared.

Police describe the suspect as male with mask, gloves, dark-colored jacket and black sunglasses.
