Bank Robbery: FBI Responds To Chase Bank In Arlington Heights

The suspect presented a note to a teller and implied he had a gun during the Tuesday morning incident, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — A man robbed an area bank Tuesday morning, and the suspect is currently at large. The FBI Chicago office said the incident occurred at around 9:17 a.m. at a Chase Bank location, 43 E. Golf Road, Arlington Heights.

Police said the man presented a note to bank employees, implied he had a weapon, but never showed it. Details of how much money was taken were not released by police Tuesday afternoon.

He is described as Black, between 6-foot-1 and 6-foot-3, in his early 20s, with a muscular build. He was wearing a black flat-billed hat with a white "White Sox" logo on the front, a black facemask, a black jacket, black pants, and white sneakers with black details.
