ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

  • Chukwuemeka Agbarakwe, 51, is accused of speeding 35 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 11:59 p.m. Nov. 19, at Palatine Road and Windsor Drive. They were given a $2,500 bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 14.
  • Harshavardhana Chandrashekar, 32, is accused of speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 10:07 p.m. Nov. 20, at Bank of America, 455 E. Rand Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and they were assigned a court date of Dec. 14.

NO VALID LICENSE

  • Mercado F. Bravo, 56, is accused of driving with no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 10:53 a.m. Nov. 23, at Arlington Heights Road and Sigwalt Street. They were given a $2,500 bond and was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.
  • Eulogio Moreno-Salas, 34, is accused of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, and was arrested at 2:46 a.m. Nov. 21, at Rand Road and Stonebridge Drive. Bond was set at $2,500 and was assigned a court date of Dec. 14.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Christian L. Frazier, 31, is accused of having a warrant for violating a bail bond, and was arrested at 6:22 p.m. Nov. 22, in the 700 block of W. Algonquin Road. His bond was set at $50,000.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • David Hernandez, 23, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 4:10 a.m. Nov. 20, at Palatine and Rand roads. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
  • Jose Bernardo Mejia, 26, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, speeding 35 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 4:41 a.m. Nov. 19, at Palatine and Arlington Heights roads. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
  • Joaquin Ramirez-Cruz, 26, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, causing a child to be endangered, and was arrested at 1:03 a.m. Nov. 20, at S. Arthur Avenue and E. Davis Street. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
  • Ashley P. Reynolds, 34, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or over, and was arrested at 3 a.m. Nov. 21, at Rand Road and Stonebridge Drive. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 22.
  • Julio E. Tarrats, 53, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol with two counts of a suspended license, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration level over .08, and was arrested at 11:38 p.m. Nov. 22, at Davis Street and Arthur Avenue. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 7.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

  • Jasime D. Johnson, 28, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, and was arrested at 10:09 p.m. Nov. 19, at E. Rand and E. Palatine roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Dec. 29 was assigned.
  • Jeffrey Rodriguez, 35, is accused of driving on a revoked license, speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 5:11 a.m. Nov. 21, at Palatine and Schoenbeck roads. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Amara J. Lewis, 30, is accused of a violation of an order of protection, and was arrested at 9:59 p.m. Nov. 21, at Meijer Gas Station, 1251 Gold Road. A court date of Nov. 22 was assigned.
