Driver Killed In I-90 Rollover Crash Near Schaumburg

SCHAUMBURG, IL — A driver was killed following a one-car crash Sunday night on I-90 near Roselle Road, Schaumburg. Dennis La, 31, of Chicago, died from multiple injuries at 8:52 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

La lost control of his car at around 6:67 p.m. in the eastbound lane of the highway for unknown reasons, traveled up the embankment, struck an overhead sign post, before the car came to rest on its roof, according to the Illinois State Police. Three lanes of part of the Jane Adams Memorial Tollway were shut down for the investigation. All lanes have been reopened.
