DUI, Violation Of Protective Order, Battery: Arlington Heights Blotter
The Arlington Heights Police Department made a series of arrests involving local residents and a variety of criminal charges.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL —The Arlington Heights Police Department made a series of arrests over the past week, involving local residents who were charged with a variety of criminal offenses.
Local residents are reminded that the filing of criminal charges does not equate to a guilty finding and that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Javier R. Brito was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Sept. 18 and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He was cited and released and is due to appear in court on Oct. 16.
Brendan C. Doyle was arrested at 12:47 a.m. on Sept. 19 and charged with violating an order of protection. He is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.

Rengay Frazier was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 19 and charged with residential burglary. He is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 17.
Sherly C. Jaski Warnicke was arrested at 8:21 p.m. on Sept. 17 and charged with domestic battery. She was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 18.
Joseph Kunz was arrested at 7:27 a.m. on Sept. 17 and charged with domestic battery. Bond was set at $10,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 18.
David Liberty was arrested at 1 p.m. on Sept. 19 and cited for criminal damage to property. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 2.
Kristine A. Moskaliuk was arrested at 9:38 on a warrant on Sept. 15 for violation of bail bond. Bond was set at $3,000 and she is scheduled to appear in court at a later time.
Phillip A. O’Connell, III was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on Sept. 16 and charged with a violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $5,000 with 10 percent to apply and he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 3.
James M. Rabey was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Sept. 22 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was cited and released and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 2.
Herbert L. Riley was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on Sept. 18 and cited for trespassing in a village parking facility. He was cited and released.
Mahmud H. Smith was arrested at 9:40 on Sept. 16 on a warrant for the violation of bail bond. Bond was set at $3,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court at a later time.
Jayvon M. Soares was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on Nov. 20 and charged with criminal trespass. He was cited and released.
