Eight District 214 Students Get Perfect Score on ACT

Eight High School District 214 students in the current senior class received a perfect composite score of 36 on the ACT, a national college admission and placement examination.

Each test is scored on scale of 1 to 36. Of the 1.9 million students to take the test in 2015, less than one tenth of one percent of students earned a perfect composite score of 36.

The students from the following schools earned a perfect score: Blaire Weinberg of Buffalo Grove High School; Colleen O’Donnell and Sergey Smirnov of Hersey High School; Marisa Romanelli, Peter Hong and Alexander DiChristofano of Prospect High School; Katherine Rohde of Rolling Meadows High School; and Zalman Faltushanskiy of Wheeling High School.
