ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. RETAIL THEFT

  • Robert A. Carter, 22, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 12:53 p.m. April 5, at Jewel-Osco, 122 N. Vail Avenue. A court date of April 24 was assigned.
  • Christopher K. Killion, 53, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 9:15 a.m. April 4, at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road. A court date of May 18 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Steve B. Commare, 69, is accused of violation of order of protection, and was arrested at 2:30 p.m. April 3, in the 500 block of E. Haven Street. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of April 25 was assigned.

OPERATION OF A VEHICLE WITH A REVOKED REGISTRATION

Kate Fabian, 22, is accused of operating a vehicle with a revoked registration, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 3:45 p.m. April 2, in the 400 block of E. Palatine Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of May 5 was assigned.

BURGLARY

Rayven E. Harris, 27, is accused of burglary, and was arrested at 1:51 p.m. April 4, at Med First, 3443 N. Kennicott Ave. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of May 12 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CREDIT CARD WITH INTENT TO DEFRAUD

Shahidah A. Hobbs, 43, is accused of two counts of unlawful possession of a credit card with intent to defraud, and was arrested at 3:30 p.m. April 6, at Northwest Central Hospital, 800 W. Central Road. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of May 19 was assigned.

BATTERY

  • Dino Kellikidis, 49, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 7:56 p.m. April 4, at Dick's Sporting Goods, 401 E. Palatine Road. A court date of May 18 was assigned.
  • Russell Rogers, 38, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 1:35 p.m. March 31, at the downtown train station, 45 W. Northwest Highway. A court date of May 8 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A 43-year-old man is accused of disorderly conduct, and was cited at 8:16 a.m. April 5, at Cortland's Garage, 1 N. Vail Ave. A court date of May 9 was assigned.
