First-Time Homebuyer Program For Eligible Buyers

The Village of Arlington Heights is one of thirteen Illinois municipalities and counties participating in the Illinois Assist First-Time Homebuyer Program.

The program is being sponsored by the Town of Normal, IL but is available for eligible home purchases in any of the thirteen municipalities or counties on the list of participating communities - including the Village of Arlington Heights. The program helps first-time homebuyers meeting Income Limits and Purchase Price Limits lower their effective interest rate with a federal income tax credit, which directly reduces their federal tax liability.
