Illinois Commission Suspends Prospect Heights Attorney
The attorney was among 36 lawyers recently suspended in Illinois.

A Prospect Heights attorney was among 36 recently suspended by the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois.
David Leo Wisniewski, who was licensed to practice law in 2000, was suspended for six months and until further order of the court.
He failed to file a bankruptcy petition on behalf of a client, did not keep that client informed about her bankruptcy petition and failed to refund an unearned fee, according to the ISBA website. He also did not cooperate with the ARDC disciplinary investigation.
