Join us for a lively panel discussion on issues such as how to support your kids without smothering them, how to encourage them to stay physically and mentally healthy and how to balance their work time and play time. The panel consists of the Assistant Director of Personal Growth from a local college, a physician and author and a parent of college students. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
